The Miami Dolphins didn't sack Tom Brady in the first half but when the second half came around, it was a completely different story when they gathered four sacks for a combined loss of 23 yards, including a key fumble later in the game.
Head Coach Joe Philbin credit their success in the second half to the fact that the players on the defensive line didn't give up and kept up with the pressure.
"I don't know that we got the quarterback in the first half but once again, the guys kept playing and kept coming," he said. "Cam's got that burst and is well conditioned and he kept playing hard. The defensive line has some high quality players and [defensive line coach] Kacy Rodgers designed some nice plays inside and we were able to get to the quarterback."
The pass rush was going to be a huge factor in today's game and despite the fact they started off slow, they finished hard and got the job done when it mattered the most.
