The Dolphins had their third practice of training camp this morning and suffered several injuries throughout the session. Dolphins wide receiver Brandon Gibson, middle linebacker Koa Misi and running back Mike Gillislee didn’t finish practice.
The Dolphins don’t comment on injuries so the exact nature of the ailments isn't know but none is believed to have sustained a contact injury. Gibson, who now has a surgically-repaired left knee, had a visible limp and then went into the facility about halfway through practice. He later returned wearing shorts and T-shirt.
Misi also stopped halfway through practice and was holding his left shoe in his hand and was walking barefoot. He was able to walk off on his own power and was not accompanied by medical personnel. Gillislee walked off the field with a towel over his head, but did not need any assistance.
The players have tomorrow off before practicing again on Tuesday so hopefully they are just small nicks that will heal in time before then
