Jason Sarney - Lead Maniac/PodCaster

Jason Sarney has been following the Dolphins for over 30 years. A 1990 late-night study session with an old-school Encyclopedia on the eve of a football party is what started it all. A new kid in the town of Plainview, New York, Jason was brand new to the game of football and needed to learn the nuances of the sport to save utter embarrassment with his new schoolmates.
Luckily as destiny and fate would have it, Dan Marino was featured in the “Q” volume under “Quarterback,” and sitting in the young 9 year old’s closet ironically was an unopened #13 Aqua jersey from an Aunt down in Florida. From that day on, Orange Aquaman was unofficially born.
Through the next three decades with time in Jets country, as well as a four-year college run in Buffalo, Jason never wavered in his support of the Miami Dolphins. With games like the Thanksgiving Leon Lett game, Dan Marino’s Fake Spike and being the local Dolphins expert for cameos during Ace Ventura, Jason has always been, “That Dolphin Fan,” in his Northeastern upbringing.
Jason has been writing and covering sports since 1999. As a Sophomore at the University at Buffalo, Jason was the Sports Editor of the school’s main newspaper, covering football and basketball. Following graduating in 2003, Jason worked as a telecast reporter for the National Basketball Association, and later worked within the New York Mets ticket office. Currently in the professional world of real estate and finance recruiting, Jason has been operating www.phinmaniacs.com, after contributions to websites like www.profootballnetwork.com and www.thephinsider.com.
Jason brings his unique observations to the Dolphins community and has a multi-media portfolio of content for Dolphins and Football fans alike. In 2018, Jason took the deep dive into the Facebook world with his Orange Aquaman Page and took to the Twitter-verse before talking the reigns of www.Phinmaniacs.com in 2020.
Other than his love for the Miami Dolphins, Jason enjoys eating, breathing, and spending time with his wife Dori, children Brandon and Jordan and their dog Kosmo.

Hussam Patel - Director of College Scouting and Draft Manager / Writer/PodCaster
Just a 21-year-old kid who lives and breathes football. At the tender age of six Hussam was in love with Chris Chambers after watching his 238 yard game against the Buffalo Bills in 2005 and became a die-hard Fins fan since then. Wanting to become a WR himself, Hussam could not physically play due to him being a post liver transplant patient so he decided to learn about the X's and O’s and blew away his classmates and teachers during high school after talking over several chalk boards diagramming plays.
Currently an upcoming graduate at FIU and working in government contracting Hussam wants to delve into sports journalism and has an interest in the draft process, football analytics and scouting and enamored with Tua and believes the left arm of god will bring multiple Super Bowls to the dolphins franchise. Other than football, Hussam loves to cook and travel in his free time, usually not simultaneously.
