![]() Written by Matthew Cannata | Twitter: @PhinManiacs A week after only allowing one sack against the New England Patriots, the Miami Dolphins gave up four sacks to four different players, including one drive where they allowed back-to-back sacks on second and third down. Bill Lazor addressed this in his weekly press conference on Monday. “There was a little bit of mental assignment issues. It was a little bit of just not doing the correct technique. It’s easy to see the result afterward. It’s hard to overcome. There were some individuals who played well enough for us to win, but I don’t know if there was a group on offense that did. They would fall into that category also. There were some individuals that had winning efforts we thought. At this point, it doesn’t matter, we need to get our outlook together and get everybody on the same page, and play football the way we know we can.” The Dolphins will have to continue to make due with what they have as they have lost Shelley Smith for 2-4 weeks with an injury. Billy Turner is also still injured and there is no timetable for his return. We can only hope Mike Pouncey returns sooner rather than later to help solidify the offensive line.
