![]() Written by Matthew Cannata | Twitter: @PhinManiacs The defense held the upper hand once again Tuesday morning as Cortland Finnegan intercepted Ryan Tannehill twice and Matt Moore once. In addition, Brent Grimes came up with two interceptions - one off Tannehill and one off Moore. However, the Dolphins were finalizing their installation phase of training camp and added some new plays today. Following practice, Tannehill said that these plays would become second nature in a few weeks and the mistakes won't happen again. “I had a couple plays today I reacted just a half second late and as soon as it’s over I knew” he said. “You don’t even have to get coached up. You know.” The offense did have their moments, especially when Tannehill broke out for a 30+ yard run on a read option play. In addition, Mike Wallace returned in limited action but is hoping to get back on the field so he can continue to develop chemistry with Tannehill. “You’ve got to make the reps count,” Wallace said. “I’m not about to sit out here & run 20 deep balls back-to-back. It’s not healthy for my legs.”
