Dolphins at Jets final injury report - Koa Misi, Jelani Jenkins, Kelvin Sheppard, Jarvis Landry and Spencer Paysinger all questionable
With the rematch against the New York Jets only about a day away, both the Dolphins and the Jets have submitted their final injury reports.
A lot of players were limited in practice this week, including the entirety of the Miami Dolphins linebacker corps. Kelvin Sheppard, Koa Misi and Jelani Jenkins are all listed as questionable for the match at MetLife Stadium.
The most significant player on the injury report is of course wide receiver Jarvis Landry, who has been the star of the offense for the past couple of years and is largely responsible for a lot of offensive production. He was limited all week in practice with a knee injury, and is officially listed as questionable.
Interim head coach Dan Campbell stated that he is confident that Landry will play against the Jets on Sunday.
On the Jets, their biggest loss comes on the defensive side of the ball, as their top cornerback Darrelle Revis - considered to be one of the best in the game - is officially out with a concussion. Fellow defensive back Dion Bailey is doubtful with an ankle injury. Everyone else is listed as probable.
The loss of Revis is huge, especially with a Dolphins offense that is struggling to score points week in and week out. As crazy as it seems, the Dolphins are still right there in the playoff race, and a win against the Jets could put them right back in it. Revis being gone is a huge help to them, now they have to get on the field and execute.
