Even though not one meaningful snap has been taken in the 2014 season, SportsBettingDime.com isn't wasting any time getting out their Super Bowl odds. As of today, the odds for the Dolphins to win the Super Bowl are 66-to-1. Only six teams have worse odds than the Dolphins. They are the Bills, Browns, Vikings, Raiders, Titans and Jaguars. The Dolphins have the same odds as the Texans and the Jets.
I think it's fair to say that the Super Bowl is not a realistic expecation for the Dolphins in 2014. Making the playoffs is though and after that, anything can happen from there. If they don't make the playoffs, it could mean that owner Stephen Ross cleans house and brings a new regime in as they continue try to build a competitive program that lasts for years and decades to come.
