It’s the Divisional round of the Playoffs, and if I were a gambling man (oh wait, I am), I’d be betting on shootouts in Denver and Green Bay, a slugfest in New England, and a blowout in Seattle. All four home teams are favored this weekend, and deservedly so, as they all earned byes and homefield advantage with the best records in the league. But will they all win this weekend? There is certain to be an upset somewhere, as we’ve only had both number one seeds make it to the Super Bowl eight times since 1975, and only once since 1993. If I had to pick the team most likely to be upset, I’d pick the Pats, because the Ravens have beaten them two of the last three times these two have met in the playoffs. And Andrew Luck could knock off his predecessor, Peyton Manning in Denver. Flip a coin on who wins those two games, and I’d feel pretty good taking the underdogs with the points in both AFC contests. In the NFC I think both home teams will win decidedly, as the Pack will be fresh against a beat-up Dallas team coming off a huge game, and Seattle should have no trouble handling Carolina. As for my player rankings for the Divisional Rounds? Well let’s get on with it! Here you go: Quarterbacks
Running Backs
Wide Receivers
Tight Ends
Kickers
Defense / Special Teams
