No more watching baseball highlights of players you’ve never heard of or rooting for South American countries frolicking around on ‘the pitch’ struggling to put a ball in an oversized net. The Miami Dolphins 2014 football season officially begins today when the players take the field for their first training camp practice. Dolphins’ fans have had plenty of burning questions lingering around this offseason regarding personnel, talent evaluation and coaching schemes. Starting today, we’ll begin to look through the smoke and see where the team stands when the pads come on.. The unit that I’m diving into today is one of the more experienced groups on the roster - the wide receivers. This year,the Dolphins return four starting WRs from last season along with a gang of fresh faces including two picks from the 2014 NFL Draft. Although there are plenty of new bodies heading into camp, veteran guys like Mike Wallace and Brian Hartline have the receiver corps feeling like one of the more established units on the Dolphins roster. > Click here to read the rest of the column!
