![]() The Super Bowl is over and now it's time to dive head first into the 2015 NFL Draft. This means that over the next few months, we will hear of plenty of rumors, smoke-screens and guesses as to what each team is going to do. For the Miami Dolphins, it will be no different. However, we can get some hints as to what may happen based on who they interview, bring in for workouts and who they seem to focus on the most during upcoming events such as the NFL Combine and each player's Pro Day. Two players we can add to that list already is Washington defensive tackle Danny Shelton and Kansas State wide receiver Tyler Lockett. At the Senior Bowl, the Dolphins weren't shy about expressing their interest in Shelton. In addition to interviewing him, Joe Philbin headed down to the sideline to get an up close look at him. In fact, he got so close that a security guard had to question him and ask what he's doing on the field. Philbin didn't have his credentials on but gave a tongue lashing to the guard for not knowing who he was. The team also interviewed Lockett, who is a slot receiver. Lockett said the interview with the team went well and he would love playing for the Dolphins. His speed is something that can take the top off of the defense and many have been calling him one of the draft's biggest sleepers. If the Dolphins are truly looking to move on from Mike Wallace and replace him with a big-bodied possession receiver, Lockett would be the guy to replace the speed that they lose from releasing or trading Wallace. It's going to be a fun few months until the draft begins and this year is especially important because the team will need to start hitting on at least half of their draft picks. This is because a long-term extension is coming soon for Ryan Tannehill and they will need all the cheap contracts they can get on the roster. This story was written by Matthew Cannata.
