Although it hasn't been officially announced by the team at this time, Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald is reporting that the team has brought back Marcus Thigpen to the practice squad. Thigpen had been with the team for the past two years primarily as a kick and punt returner. While Jarvis Landry has shown flashes of promise in that role, he has also made some pretty inexcusable mistakes, such as catching a punt at the two-yard line and then trying to run with it before being tackled. It is not known at this time who the Dolphins have released off the practice squad in order to make room for Thigpen.
