The Miami Dolphins continue to establish their dominance off the field in the professional sports industry as they have been ranked the 29th most valuable franchise on the Forbes’ 50 Most Valuable Sports Teams list for 2014.
The Dolphins are valued at $1.074 billion dollars. Just above them were the Seattle Seahawks, who are worth $1.081 billion and below them were the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at $1.067 billion dollars. The rest of the top 50 is littered with NFL franchises, with 28 out of 32 being represented. The highest spot on the list for an NFL franchise were the Dallas Cowboys, coming in at number five and worth $2.1 billion dollars.
At the very top of the list were three soccer teams – Real Madrid worth $3.44 billion dollars, Barcelona at $3.2 billion dollars and Manchester United at $2.81 billion dollars.
