According to Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald, the Miami Dolphins have signed Daniel Thomas back to the roster for the remainder of the season. Thomas, who was released by the Dolphins during the final cuts, will fill in for Knowshon Moreno for the duration of the time that he is out.
Thomas was drafted in the second round in 2011 by the Dolphins and throughout his career, he has gained 1,312 yards on 365 attempts with 8 touchdowns. The knock on Thomas has been that he has struggled to break tackles and struggled to get the tough yards when they are needed the most. The hope is that Knowshon Moreno will only be out for a month so we'll what role Thomas fills when he comes back.
