Mike Wallace makes his way into the Dolphins’ history books

Miami Dolphins wide receiver Mike Wallace made his way into the franchise history books on Sunday against the Green Bay Packers when he caught a 5-yard touchdown reception in the fourth quarter. This catch marked his fifth touchdown reception in his past six games, dating back to Week 17 of last season.

He is the first Dolphins player to record touchdown receptions in a five out of six game stretch since WR Mark Clayton accomplished the feat in 1984 (Weeks 7-12). Further, he is the first Dolphins player to record a touchdown in a five out of six game stretch since RB Ricky Williams accomplished the feat in 2005 (Weeks 12-17).
