Mike Wallace, who has been nursing a sore hamstring, will be held out of practices until next week. This news came this morning after Wallace sat out his second straight practice. This also means that Wallace won't be participating in the scrimmage game on Saturday at Sun Life Stadium.
Moving into next week, the hamstring will be evaluated again before the Dolphins play their first preseason game against the Atlanta Falcons on August 8. Obviously, at this point, caution will be taken instead of trying to rush him on the field.
It's important for Wallace to get healthy as soon as possible so he can continue to learn the new offense and continue to build chemistry with quarterback Ryan Tannehill.
