Months ago, it was reported by national and local media that New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski would be ready for the beginning of the season after suffering a torn ACL late in the 2013 season. At the time, I had cautioned everyone not to believe everything you hear because the Patriots are notoriously known for misinformation.
Now, less than a month before the season is set to begin, it has been reported that Gronkowski has had a slow start to camp and there's now a 50% chance that he won't be ready, or if you're a Patriots fan, a 50% chance that he will be ready. Gronkowski has struggled with injuries the past few seasons and I still say at this point, it will be very surprising if he is fully ready for the first game of the season against the Dolphins.
