They can though because at this moment, they are in a 32-way tie for the best record in football and anything is possible. If don’t believe me, look at the Miami Marlins season. Who thought they would be around .500 especially after losing their best pitcher early in the season? Sports are not locked into logic but instead, outcomes. Football, more than any other professional sport, has the most room for variance in its outcomes. The season is comparatively small in terms of games played and the players barely make it through the 16 that exist at the moment.
