![]() The Drive - Written by Matthew Cannata | Twitter: @PhinManiacs Tonight, the Miami Dolphins will play their final preseason game against the St. Louis Rams. It is highly doubtful that we will see any of the starters play at all so throughout the game, we’ll see rookies and other younger players doing everything they can to show that they can handle the NFL and earn a spot on the final roster. There are a few things that I am certain of tonight – Chris McCain, Jordan Tripp and Terrence Fede will make the final roster. While I’m anxious to see them play and see how they’re developing, they won’t be my main focus tonight as we know what we have with them and it doesn’t appear their roster spots are in jeopardy. When you’re watching the game tonight, enjoy it. Don’t get worked up over anything such as how well or bad the offense/defense is doing, what the final score is or how the team looks. It doesn’t mean anything in the grand scheme of things in terms of what the Dolphins will accomplish or not accomplish during the 2014 season. > Click here to read the rest of the column!
