The Miami Dolphins held a pre-draft visit and workout with University of Southern California wide receiver George Farmer. This news comes courtesy of Barry Jackson of The Miami Herald. Last season, Farmer caught 25 passes for 214 yards and four touchdowns. Farmer was not featured in our draft guide because he is likely to go undrafted or at the very least, selected towards the end of the draft. Gil Brandt, NFL Media senior analyst, shares the same opinion, saying "it's hard to believe when someone who wasn't good enough to start in college decides he's ready to play in the NFL." Brandt believes he should have stayed in school and continued to develop instead of jumping to the NFL. We'll see if anyone decides to take a chance on Farmer in the draft but it's unlikely.
