Introducing the Miami Dolphins Expected Leaders & Coaching Staff

Based on the news reports that have surfaced over the past few weeks, the following are the expected leaders and coaches for the 2019 Miami Dolphins, many of which who will be announced within the upcoming days:

Chris Grier - GM
Grier has been with the Miami Dolphins in various positions since 2000, and was with the New England Patriots prior to this role.

Marvin Allen - Assistant GM
Allen has been in the NFL for 26 years where he has served as national scout for many various NFL teams.

Brian Flores - Head Coach
Flores has been in various roles with the New England Patriots ranging from Scout to Defensive Assistant.

Chad O'Shea - Offensive Coordinator
O'Shea has been a WR coach with the Patriots since 2009 & has been a positions coach for various teams since 1997.

Patrick Graham - Defensive Coordinator
Graham has been in various position coaching roles since 2004, most recently with the Packers as an LB Coach.

Danny Crossman - Special Teams Coach
Crossman has held the same position with the Bills since 2013 & has held many position coaching roles since 1993
